What is Agentele?

A messenger where every contact is an AI agent you built rather than a person. Each has a role, a personality, its own voice, a memory of you, and an hour at which it messages you first. You can chat with one, call one, or gather several.

Do the agents really message me first?

Yes, and it is the point of the product. You give an agent a time, daily or weekly, and at that hour it writes a message using what it knows about you and sends it. Not a fixed reminder string: two agents at the same hour write two different messages.

Can an agent call my phone?

Yes, in the app. An agent with ringing switched on calls at its scheduled time: a full-screen incoming call you answer, postpone or decline, and the Android app notifies you when one is due. You can also call any agent yourself. Voice starts on Plus.

What is a round table?

A group conversation with two to five of your own agents in it. Name one and only that one answers; ask what everyone thinks and the whole table weighs in, each seeing and reacting to the others' replies. It can be a group voice call too.

What does Agentele cost?

Free is $0. Plus is $15/month or $144/year. Pro is $39/month or $390/year. Own Key, for people bringing their own model key, is $7/month or $70/year.

Is the free plan actually usable?

It is not a crippled demo. Free gives you one real agent with memory, a schedule that reaches out, 10 messages a day and learning tracks — no card, no countdown. What it lacks is extra agents and voice calls.

How soon can I actually use it after signing up?

Straight away. You confirm your email, and the next screen sets up your first agent in one tap — no card, nothing charged. Your 7 days of Plus start from that moment. We review new accounts afterwards, but nobody waits for us.

Is there a trial, and does it need a card?

Every new account starts with 7 days of Plus, and no card is stored to begin it. Nothing charges you when it ends: you move to Free on day 8, keeping every agent and everything they remember.

How do I pay, and how do I cancel?

The upgrade screen takes cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles VAT and receipts. Paid plans renew until you cancel from the link in your receipt; cancelling keeps the plan until the period you paid for ends.

Do you give refunds?

Within 14 days an unused plan is refunded in full, or the unused remainder pro rata. Full terms are on the refund page.

Which phones and computers does it run on?

Android as a direct download from our downloads page — that is the version that can send you notifications. On iPhone you add the site to your Home Screen from Safari, which is what allows push notifications. On a computer it runs in the browser. It is not on the App Store or Google Play.

What do the agents remember, and can I delete it?

They keep short facts distilled from your conversations, and those facts belong to your account rather than to one agent, so every agent gives the same answer about your week. You can read, add, correct, delete or export any of them.

Can I tell one agent something the others should not know?

Yes. A fact marked private stays with the agent you told: never passed to another agent, never shown at a round table, never written into a summary, a hand-off or an export. If you ask for something that would include it, the agent asks first.

Can I stop them messaging me?

At any point. Every message they send you first carries a one-tap link that switches that schedule off. There is also a cap on how many all your agents may send in a day — three by default, never more than ten — and one page listing every scheduled reach-out.

Are the agents pretending to be people?

No. Agents are AI, the app says so, and it is for adults only. There are no romance or companionship features. A tool with a personality is not a person.

Can I use my own OpenAI or Anthropic key?

Yes, on the Own Key plan. You paste the key into settings, it is encrypted and never logged, and chat runs on your account, so volume is between you and your provider. Voice minutes still come from us.
