Four plans, priced against what they actually enforce. The numbers below are the ones the app meters you on — not a marketing tier list.
Three things before the table. Every new account gets 7 days of Plus, free, and the trial takes no card — it simply ends and nothing charges you. If you then choose a paid plan, it renews until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the link in your receipt. And nothing is deleted when a plan ends: your agents keep every memory.

The trial, and what happens after it
The trial is 7 days of Plus on every new account. You do not enter a card to start it and nothing charges you when it ends.
- On day 8 you move to Free — 1 agent, 10 messages a day, no voice calls.
- Nothing is deleted. Every agent you made stays, with all of its memories, its schedule and its voice. You just can't add new agents until you upgrade.
- The trial itself never bills you. You gave no card to start it, so there is nothing on file to charge and no renewal to cancel. Billing begins only if you choose a paid plan afterwards — and then it is a subscription, which you cancel from the link in your receipt.

"Unlimited messages" means what a person can actually send: 600 agent replies a month on Plus, 2,000 on Pro. Voice minutes count time on the line. Your usage is always visible in Settings, and the app tells you which limit you hit.
Learning tracks are on every plan, Free included, with no separate allowance. A lesson delivered on an agent's own schedule counts against your daily cap for messages they send you, not against the reply ceiling above.
Why Pro, and why Own Key
Pro is more voice, not a better product. Everything Plus does, Pro does; what it adds is 300 voice minutes a month instead of 120, the Recordings Inbox, and a higher reply ceiling. If you are not on calls most days, Plus is the right plan and staying on it costs us nothing to say.
Own Key ($7/month) is the app without the tokens: you paste your own Anthropic or OpenAI key in Settings → AI Keys and chat runs on your account, so message volume is between you and them. The key is envelope-encrypted and never logged. Before you add one, the plan includes 300 hosted messages so nothing is blocked on day one. Voice minutes (60 a month) still come from us.
How paying actually works
You sign up free and use the 7 days with no card on file. To stay on Plus, Pro or Own Key, the Upgrade screen takes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — monthly or yearly — through Paddle, our merchant of record, who also handles VAT and receipts. The plan switches on the moment the payment clears. Paid plans renew until you cancel, which you can do any time from the link in your receipt; cancelling keeps the plan until the period you already paid for ends.
Refunds are covered in the refund policy: within 14 days we refund an unused plan in full, or the unused remainder pro rata.
